MDH Seeks Provider Feedback About Behavioral Health Care Resources

Share

The Minnesota Department of Health (MDH) would like to have a better understanding of how providers screen and respond to mental health concerns in children and adolescents. As part of this work, MDH has hired Wilder Research to conduct a survey of health care providers. Specifically, MDH would like to know if providers have heard of, or have used, two behavioral health care resources: the Psychiatric Assistance Line (PAL) and Fast Tracker.

The Psychiatric Assistance Line (PAL) is a free service that any healthcare provider can call for mental health triage and referral, or for a consultation with a Board Certified Child and Adolescent Psychiatrist regarding a patient. Fast Tracker is a web-based directory of mental and substance use disorder resources in Minnesota.

Even if you are not familiar with these resources, we would still like you to take the survey.

Please click https://us1se.voxco.com/SE/1145/PALFastTrackerSurvey/ to take the survey. The survey should take between 5-10 minutes, depending on how you answer.

Your feedback will help improve the experiences of other health care providers seeking assistance with youth mental health consultations. If you have any technical questions or would like to request accommodations for this survey, please email Kyla Goux at Wilder Research (kyla.goux@wilder.org). If you have any questions about this evaluation, please email Sarah Mapellentz at MDH (sarah.mapellentz@state.mn.us).

Thank you for your participation!
