Email Bethany Venable for the Zoom link.In 2021, MNAAP’s Anti-Racism Task Force and Poverty and Disparities Work Group merged to create a brand new group: the Anti-Racism and Disparities Work Group.
Our focus is on issues at the intersection of anti-racism and disparities, with the goal to remove systemic barriers for BIPOC infants, children and teens in Minnesota.
We will tackle areas including literacy, social determinants of health, community organization outreach, internal chapter review, and chapter membership education opportunities.
Meetings occur quarterly on Mondays from 12:15 to 1 p.m. via Zoom. If you’d like to get involved, contact MNAAP Executive Director Jeff Bauer at bauer@mnaap.org.
