The AAP National Rural Adolescent and Child Health (NRACH) ECHO Training Center in partnership with the University of Minnesota Healthy Youth Development-Prevention Research Center (UMN HYD-PRC) is recruiting Primary Care Clinicians and other health professionals in rural, frontier, and underserved areas who serve pediatric populations to be a part of a five-month Rural Pediatrics: Adolescent Health Communication ECHO.
This ECHO will serve as a forum for primary care providers and others that provide care to adolescent patients to develop effective communication strategies and skills that will enable them to facilitate conversations around sensitive and/or psychosocial health topics with adolescents and their families.
The ECHO will begin with a Kickoff call on Aug. 18, 2023, from 12 pm- 1 pm CT and will generally meet on the 1st and 3rd Fridays of each month 12 pm -1 pm, from September to December 2023.
